The in-room kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils and the location was easily accessible from the main road. The room was well-ventilated and the hotel had ample car parking space.
The bedside cellphone charge point was not easily visible for seniors which can be inconvenient. the remote for the air conditioner was not working properly and there was no hot water.

The hotel is located away from the busy mall area, providing a peaceful environment with plenty of car parking. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the in-room kitchen set-up includes all expected utensils. Tea and coffee glassware are available.
The staff were unprofessional and did not help guests during power outages.

Clean room with comfortable beds. In-room kitchen set-up was great and had all expected utensils. Ventilation also good. Hotel had ample car parking and easy accessibility from the main road.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. the spacious and clean room provided a cozy atmosphere. the staff was friendly and accommodating. I liked the key location facts as it made it easier to access the hotel without a hassle. the facilities for tea/coffee were excellent and well-equipped. the quiet location of the hotel was a plus point as it provided a peaceful environment.
Despite the overall positive experience, there were a few initial hiccups. the remote for the air conditioner was not working properly and had to be replaced.
